Bluestem Assurance Maintenance (BAM) includes two visits each year—one for the heating season and one for the cooling season. Each visit includes a comprehensive 16-point inspection and cleaning to help keep your system running safely and efficiently.
We’ll check your equipment, look for wear or potential problems, replace your standard 1-inch filter, and explain anything we find. Maintenance also includes:
Condensate drain treatments.
Ductwork inspection.
Annual carbon monoxide testing.
New standard thermostat batteries each heating season.
Surge protection evaluation.
As a BAM member, you’ll also receive priority scheduling, discounted service fees, and 15% off heating and cooling repairs, plus a 2-year limited warranty on repair parts and labor. Earn a $100 annual loyalty credit toward a new system, up to $500, and apply your membership cost toward indoor air quality and filtration products.
